Addiction to cell phones

My cellphone is my everything and i use it on a daily basis. I feel that my generation has grew up around cell phones so why put them down now. My phone has my school books on them so that tells you that i am always on my phone even in school. If i don't have anything to do for a specific day i can spend most of the day on my phone. One day my mom tried to take my phone away from me because she said that i am addicted to my phone. Cell phones are a way of communication and are easy access to your contacts, emails, and social media websites. Most of these social media sites today have an app for your iPhone or android.
